At Kitchen Guard, we protect restaurants, hospitals, schools, and other facilities with commercial kitchens from fire hazards — and help them stay compliant with strict fire codes. Our services aren’t optional — they’re required by law (NFPA 96), which means your clients are actively looking for what you’re selling.

As a Sales Executive (Fire & Life Safety Consultant), you’ll lead sales in a high-opportunity market. This is a B2B hunter role for someone who thrives on ownership, relationship-building, and closing deals that make a real impact.

What You’ll Do

• Own and grow a protected B2B sales territory
• Prospect and close new accounts with restaurants and facilities
• Conduct on-site assessments and tailor fire safety solutions
• Present proposals, close deals, and manage client accounts
• Collaborate with operations to ensure excellent service delivery
• Educate clients on NFPA 96 compliance and our offerings
• Build long-term client relationships and upsell when appropriate


What You Bring

• Proven B2B sales experience (facility services, restaurants, or compliance a plus)
• A hunter mentality with strong follow-through and goal orientation
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills
• Field sales experience — confident selling face-to-face
• Willingness to work in commercial settings (e.g., kitchens, rooftops) — training provided


Physical Requirements

• Able to work comfortably at heights and on rooftops
• Physically fit, capable of lifting 40+ lbs and using A-frame ladders
